Getting Started With WODIQ

This article helps new users understand what WODIQ does, which choices come first, and where to find things later.

Before You Start

  • You can use WODIQ anonymously without signing in or connecting a provider first.
  • Apple or Google sign-in is optional. It lets you use the same account on other devices.
  • Garmin and Apple Health are managed from Settings. Apple Health import requires the native iOS app and a signed-in account.
  • Strava and Polar can appear as planned connections, but are not connectable from the current Settings screen.
  • Workout generation keeps a deterministic fallback path, so the app can still show useful output when AI generation is unavailable.
  • Functional Fitness workouts can show coach guidance and RX/scaled movement options when those details are available.
  • Goal planning can preview the first week and show a read-only full-cycle outlook. A Rest day action can replan upcoming open days.
  • The screenshots below are generated with demo data. Your own workouts, activities, usage, and connected providers can differ.

Quick Start

  1. Open Training.
  2. Enter a goal for a multi-week plan, or choose one of the six sport tiles for a one-off workout.
  3. Review the sport-specific settings, or preview the goal cycle before saving a plan.
  4. Create the workout.
  5. Save the workout you want to do. A saved Mobility workout can use the focused timer.
  6. Use Coach Review to record supported results and effort, optionally link a provider activity, and request feedback.
  7. Use Athlete and Settings to manage lasting training context, account, connections, usage, Help, privacy, and app preferences.
